About the Group
The Southern Electric Group covers all aspects of the Southern Electric System past, present and future. The Group is believed to be the only one covering all aspects of the Southern Electric System past, present and future.

The aims of the Group relate to preservation and the past, as well as the current railway scene in the Southern electric area.

Membership of a society that is dedicated to the electric railway system of the Southern Railway, including its predecessors, the Southern Region of British Rail, and post privatisation successors.

Join via the Society’s website. You can use the following link: www.southernelectric.org.uk/join/. Scroll down and click ‘Click here to JOIN’. Enter the new membership portal and complete as directed.

Join by post. Go to the Group’s website, and in the ‘Join’ section, click ‘Postal Application Form’. Complete the form on line, review the same then print it. Post the form as directed to the Membership Secretary at the address indicated.
