Military Railway Study Group

About the Society

 

The Military Railway Study Group, formerly the World War 2 Railway Study Group, is a society interested in the military use of railways. Its interests cover both dedicated military railways and military use of civilian railways, including related locomotive traction and military related railway armaments and rolling stock. Its interests are worldwide, with a historical focus on World War Two.

  • Archive of materials, currently being catalogued, available to members subject to covid restrictions
