Southern Counties Railway Society

About the Club

The Southern Counties Railway Society comprises a group interested in the railways of the southern counties of Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex and the Isle of Wight, with a concentrated interest around Southampton and its surrounding area.

The Society's interests largely follow the geographical areas, and the history and operations of the western section of the former Southern Railway.
