Bishop’s Castle Railway Society
About the Club
The Bishop’s Castle Railway Society was established in 1989 with the aim of gathering information and recording existing artefacts, for possible display, in respect of the Craven Arms to Bishop’s Castle railway, that closed in 1935. Its interests have since expanded to include general railway interests and modelling.

Operates the ‘Weighbridge Railway Museum’, Bishop's Castle, open fortnightly, where members (and the public) can meet and chat over refreshments
