LNER Society

About The Society

The London and North Eastern Railway (LNER) was the second largest of the ‘big four’ railway companies created at the 1923 grouping.

The LNER Society is a historical railway society dedicated to the study of the LNER, its pre-grouping constituents, and subsequent legacy post nationalisation, and to provide accurate and authoritative information to historians and modellers.
