Includes speakers such as Michael Bailey speaking about his recent archaeological investigation of Locomotion, Lonely Tower Media previewing work in progress on their Stockton & Darlington Documentary, Niall Hammond speaking on the project to rebuild the Experiment carriage used on the opening day of the line and Richie Starrs providing an update on the walking and cycling route.

 

Non-members are welcome to join for the day but will be unable to vote on any of the items. There is no charge to members and the cost to non-members is £5.

Guided walking tours of Stoke Railway Station, delving into the history of the North Staffordshire Railway's headquarters station, lasting about 1 hour and covering key features of the public areas. These include Winton Square, the hotel and main front, the scene from the north and south ends of the platforms, and the WW1 memorial arch. Led by Mark Smith, chair of the NSR Study Group.
