About the Study Group

 

The Great Western Study Group is a non-profit making body of enthusiasts sharing an interest in, and dedicated to, the study of the Great Western Railway (GWR).  

 

As the name suggests, it is a study group with a focus on active historical study, including its history and practice, and in promoting further research into all GWR related matters.

By post.

Go to the Study Group’s website, (you can use this link: gwsg.org.uk/) and click ‘Membership’. Then click into ‘this link’ to reveal membership application form. Complete the form and send to ‘GWSG Membership Secretary, Mr K Fenner, 42 Denecroft Crescent, Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB10 9HX, paying membership fee as directed.
