Bournemouth Railway Club

About the Club


The Bournemouth Railway Club is the oldest railway society in its district and caters for all those with an interest in railways. The Club aims to provide an educational resource for the benefit of the general public, including by acquiring and preserving historic material relating to railways.


The Club organises illustrated talks on a monthly basis, on railway related topics.

Membership fee


No membership fee. The monthly presentations are open to Club members and the public for a small entry price, currently £2.50 for adults, £1.25 for juniors.


Club members typically purchase a 'season ticket' for entry to all presentations for that season, price £25.
